Return Period

You have 7 days from the date of receiving your completed item to request a return or adjustment. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all original tags and documentation if applicable.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or adjustment, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be returned within 7 days of receipt
  • The item must be in its original condition
  • The issue must be related to our workmanship, not normal wear or misuse
  • You must provide proof of purchase or service receipt
  • The item must not have been altered or modified after our work was completed

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to an error on our part or defective workmanship, we will cover the cost of return shipping. If you are returning an item for reasons other than our error, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of shipment.

Return Process

To initiate a return or adjustment, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your completed item
  2. Describe the issue or concern in detail
  3. Provide photos of the issue if possible
  4. We will evaluate your request and provide instructions for return
  5. Ship the item back to us using the provided instructions
  6. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the status

Non-Returnable Items

The following items or situations are not eligible for return:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear after completion
  • Alterations requested by the customer that result in an undesired fit
  • Custom work where the final result matches the agreed-upon design
  • Items that cannot be repaired due to fabric condition or other limitations discussed during consultation
  • Items returned after the 7-day return period
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered after our work was completed

This return policy is designed to comply with applicable consumer protection laws, including but not limited to:

  • State consumer protection laws
  • Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) provisions

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order at any time before we begin work on your garment. If you cancel before work begins, you will receive a full refund of any deposit paid. If you cancel after work has begun, refunds will be prorated based on the work completed and materials used. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately.

Refund Procedure

If your return is approved, we will process your refund as follows:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction
  • Processing time for refunds is typically 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed
  • If you paid by cash or check, refunds will be issued by check and mailed to your address

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
